The terms that apply to using this website and making an enquiry with Lake George Safaris.

These terms cover your use of this website and enquiries made through it. Separate booking terms and conditions apply once you confirm a trip, and those will be provided in writing with your quote.
Nothing on this site is an offer or a binding contract. Submitting an enquiry does not reserve anything. A booking exists only when we have confirmed it in writing and received the agreed deposit.
Prices shown on this site are indicative and depend on season, group size, availability, and exchange rates at the time of quoting. A quote we issue is fixed for the validity period stated on it.
Gorilla and chimpanzee permits are issued by the Uganda Wildlife Authority in limited daily numbers and are subject to their availability, their pricing, and their rules. We cannot guarantee a permit until it has been issued. Wildlife sightings are never guaranteed.
We may need to alter an itinerary for safety, weather, park closures, or circumstances beyond our control. Where we do, we will offer the closest reasonable alternative. Cancellation terms, deposits, and refunds are set out in the booking terms issued with your quote.
We arrange services provided by third parties, including lodges, airlines, and park authorities. We take reasonable care in selecting them but are not liable for their acts or omissions. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Text, photographs, and design on this site belong to Lake George Safaris or are used with permission. Articles we link to on our journal page belong to their publishers, and we link to them rather than reproduce them.
These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda, and the courts of Uganda have jurisdiction.
